Ph.D. in System Engineering, a part of Electrical Engineering, at Universidade de São Paulo (USP), graduated as an Electrical Engineer with emphasis on Automation and Control at the same university.

Is currently researching Data Science and Machine Learning for mechanical fault diagnosis of rotating machines by vibration signals classification as a member of the Industrial Process Control Laboratory (Laboratório de Controle de Processos Industriais - LCPI) at USP, which researches industrial processes modeling and optimal control of industrial processes using Systems Identification.

Vibration instrumentation specialist, experienced with digital signal acquisition and processing for predictive maintenance and asset management, has been dedicated to industrial data science.
Has more than 20 years of experience designing, configuring, and commissioning instrumentation, automation, advanced process control, and industrial asset monitoring.
